OK people this year I have lived on this planet for 50 years. Yup 50 !! So I’m up for it. I’m going to collate a list of 50 things to do this year and share them with you guys – the good and the bad. So first one is a timed 1000m row – why? Cos it’s the gym challenge for January and there is only one day left in January so kit on, trainers on I’m off to do it!

Done!! 4 minutes dead – not the best time ever but I’m happy. Followed by a tasty little shoulder workout with the Ryder 👍😎 . Still feeling the effects of all out effort but nothing a bag of liquorice all sorts won’t sort😉
