Questions
How long does the photo take to appear?
Usually a few seconds in a warm hand. On a cold day it can take a little longer. At room temperature the charm looks dark again.
Is it a good gift for someone who just lost their pet?
Yes. It arrives in a gift box with a card, ready to give. Many people choose two bracelets: one for themselves and one for a family member.
Can I use a photo of a person instead?
Yes. Any photo works: a dog, a cat, a parent, a grandparent.
Is it waterproof?
The chain is stainless steel. We recommend taking it off before swimming or showering to protect the photo charm.
